Total Delivery Time = Processing/Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

All dresses(except for some items showing "in-stock" label) are made to order, whether standard size or custom fit. This is done to provide our customers with as many options for our products as possible. Plus size or petite, bright orange or cool champagne, open back or V back, we can make a dress to fit your size and style.

So, the total delivery time is composed of processing(tailoring) time and shipping time. The the processing time is 21-28 days for a standard order, 7-14 days for a rush order, it varies with the styles.

 Rush Order Service

For dress ordering, with this service, the processing/tailoring time will be shortened to 7-14 days from 21-28 days of standard order, and the shipping time is shortened to 3-4 days from 4-7 days.

 Photo Confirmation Service

In order to minimize risk of your online purchase(many people have bad experience on purchasing dresses online from other companies), we provide the Photo Confirmation Service. Before sending out the final dress, we send you 3-4 photos taken in kind for your checking and confirmation. If you are not satisfied with the finished dress, we can modify the dress one time for free or provide you 60% refund for your cancellation.

Shipping

DHL, UPS, TNT, ARMX, etc. We always use the most appropriate shipping method that can be tracked online, but the exact express delivery is determined at random by country.

Customs Duty

In consideration of our customers' benefit, we are forced to ship your order by regular mail. Please understand, however, customs duty is out of our control. We can't guarantee no tax fee and will not bear any tax fee. All the fees possibly arising out of customs clearance are not covered under the Free Shipping provision.

Customers from Brazil should leave a message to provide us your 11-digit CPF as your custom needs it.

APO/FPO/DPO Shipping

We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses(APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.

Shipping Enquiry

After a commodity has been shipped, we will send the "logistics waybill number" to your mailbox. You may also log in to "My Order" to check the logistics waybill number, and enquire about the distribution progress based on this number.
